Won a corporate team event in PGA National earlier this week and have a chunk of cash to blow in McGuirks. Only problem is, I haven't a CLUE what to buy!!

I'm sorted for a driver and 3 wood - both Ping G10s. Happy with my wedges also.

I like my irons which are Ping i3+ but they're x100 dynamic gold, custom fit from my days as a better golfer. I hit them medium-long and quite high so the flex isn't a problem but I'm inconsistant with them. Whether it's the arrow or the indian, I don't quite know.

I don't have a rescue club and by all acounts, I should do. Maybe that's an option.

My putter is maybe 10 years old - a Callaway which I really like but maybe the loft and lie has been bashed up a bit so could be due a change. I really like the look of the new Ping Anser 4 with the black and orange insert but haven't really tried it.

    So

At the moment I'm caught between getting a Ping Anser 4 plus a rescue club with little of my own money put to it.

Or, going with a brand new set of irons and bump down to something S-flex. The only thing is, the irons I like the most are the new Ping S58 which are pretty much the same club as what I have. So should I just get mine reshafted, maybe even go with some fancy new ones like project X or something? Although I don't know much about newer shafts. Fiddling around with clubs is something I'd rather avoid but the brand new set is €899 meaning I'd have to pay 400 quid on top of my voucher...

    Grrrrr....

    HELP!!

Hang on til you're sure what you want, or buy a few shirts & other clothing, shoes etc..

What a nice problem to have...

    I'd decide what i really wanted/needed first...

A rescue club or putter can be saved up for in a few weeks whereas irons would be quite an expensive buy. Getting half of them paid for with a voucher could be a real bonus.

I wouldn't squander it on bits and bobs, i'd use it for a meaty purchase.

Buy the house first then do the garden and plant a few trees later on...

I would look at one of the cleveland Halo utility clubs, Am totally sold on mine and am going to get at least 1 more.

Also with regards the McGuirks vouchers even though they have a expirey date on them they don't stick to it so hold up until u need something though I know that is way easier said than done.
