I have been accepted and got rent allowance two weeks ago, in a very small flat down town and the rent is 110 a week. i'm gettin 97 a week subsidies towards it, i'm a 3rd year apprentice carpenter and just cannot get work anywhere. I also havent signed the rent book yet, and have paid my deposit. But now i've found a two bed house, up the town for 120 a week and would really like to get out of here n go up town as its very poky here and very very noisy. can anyone help?

    - what can i do? do i have to go back to the town hall and get another form signed and another reason why i'm moving?

    - or since i've been accepted once, just tell the health board my rent has gone up to 115 (max rent allowance for me) and pay the 18euro (as the rent allowance will be -13 the limit so i'll be gettin 102)?

Is it just a case of telling the health board my address will change and rent go up?

What will i say to my landlord im giving him his first weeks rent today, i havent signed a lease or anything am i entitled to my deposit back??

Thanks EVERYONE who replies, no negative comments or remarks please help is genuinly needed.

I don't think the landlord will be too pleased and I think it is doubtful you will get your deposit back. You could try and talk with him/her and make up some plausable excuse as to why you want to move out so soon. As regards the rent allowance, I dont see any problem with you changing your address as long as you are within the rent allowence limit.
