    Does anyone know what the rate is for a car loan from the Credit Union?

    Its your local credit union that sets the rates, they vary. Normally goes from 6.5% to 7.2%

    Remember you have to be a member of your local credit union to be able to take out a car loan.

    Rates vary between different credit unions . There are actually over 500 different credit unions so there are lots of different rates .
    Having said that they are all very competitive so ask your local credit union about them.

    My own credit union does a 7.78% APR rate...
    Example :

    Borrow €5000 over 3 years Pay back €35.81 per week

    Total : €5585
