problem with dry cleaner/clothes shop

My sister bought a dress in BT and brought it to dry cleaners. She was warned about the risk of colour running by the dry cleaners and she signed to this effect. Colour ran and she is wondering if she can go back to BT and claim a refund?

The dress is worth about €400 and it says dry clean only which she obviously did do. Maybe somebody has had a similiar experience like this before?
    thanks

At a guess BT will blame the dry cleaners.

Having said that any time I have shopped in BT the service is always brilliant (pity it's not the same for BT2), there's no harm with going in and seeing what they offer.
