I'm having a problem that when I put my silencer on either of my 2 AEG's. The bb's seem to come out at all kinds of ridculous angles and break etc.. any ideas what might cause this and how to sort it?

are you sure your screwing the silencer on straight?
are the threads on the inside of the silencer straight?
if you look through the silencer, is there anything blocking the path of the BB?

Another thing you might want to look at is your inner barrel, in there space between the outer and inner barrel, if there is some space your inner barrel can sag at the muzzle end making a small downward trajectory nothing you would notice in normal use but at a silence and you may have enough of a sag to cause it to hit the silence.

i had that with one of mine, the only way i could fix it was to get a bigger internal barrel. quite a few of newer silencers have sponge on the inside and that mixed with a short barrel means any trajectory changes with a bb (remember its a ball not a bullet and it isnt rifled) will mean the can sometimes slap into the sponge which actually increases the problem as it begins to stick into the normal flight path of a bb. even if you have no sponge the same thing can occur. if you extend the inner barrel it will alleviate the problem. some people extend the inner barrel all the way to the tip of the silencer as by and large they are for looks. that screws up you up if you want to replace the silencer mid game because now you have a big chunk of inner barrel sticking out. you will have to find the halfway house for yourself.

now this is just my opinion and what i did and it does work, others may have a better or different suggestion.

there is another simple fix for this i learned from youtube ,
a piece of pvc tubing fixed into the barrel of the silecer makes sure the bbs go straight and saves you the hassle of a barrel extension, that way you can change the silencer mid game with this mod,

have the same problem with my p90 semi bbs go straight/auto the bbs get snagged in the foam rings and lead to blockages, some body reccommended drilling the exit point on the silencer out by and extra 1mm can stop this too
