    Hi
My sister was living illegally in USA back in early 80's and left around 1985 to come home. She hasnt been back since and now is married here in Ireland.
She wants to go back on holiers to USA but is too nervous in case they find out.
I would doubt it they would know as she would be using her married name.

Anyone got any advice in what she should do?

    Thanks people

God bless her innocence Harpic, she'll be fine just as long as she didn't come to the attention of the INS during her initial 'working' holiday.

I'm sure the poor girl is imagining herself ending up in an orange jump-suit in Guantanimo Bay. Even if the worst came to the worst, she'll just get a free-flight home courtesy of Uncle Sam.

Nothing will happen this time around as long as she exits within the period of her holiday visa.

What she should do is get one of those new fangled biometric passports and just enjoy her holiday.
