    Hi,

    My son who is 7 years old lost his 2 front milk teeth nearly 6 months ago and there's no sign of the new ones yet.....is this normal??

    It can take a while if your not happy ring your local dentist in your local health clinc and get an appointment.

    It took a long time for my 7-year-old son to grow his front teeth after the baby ones fell out. Like you I was worried, I thought maybe those teeth were developmentally absent. The right one is now fully down, but the left one is struggling!
