was looking at some of there videos on youtube, some of the techs look legit, some a little less so, but couldn't see any footage of them actually rolling, it all seemed to be simply drills.

I've no idea about the club you are looking at, but if I were you, I'd be looking for some live rolling in every class. If this isn't present perhaps have a look at some other clubs. if it is ground work your interested in, perhaps look into a bjj club or judo club that focuses on ne waza, as well as the style your interested in, and make your choice of the back of that.

best of luck with whatever you do.

    Hi Mal-Adjusted,

Sorry for the late response, this the home page,
    www.koryu-uchinadi.com

You can find out about Koryu Uchinadi Kenpo-jutsu here,

    What is Koryu Uchinadi Kenpo-jutsu’

    Hope that helps.

If you’re interested in grappling only there are many clubs that would provide this and specialise in it, see cletus mail, possibly Judo or BJJ club might suit your needs more.
Also there is a sambo club in Co. Galway (I think).

    Cheers
