    For me it does anyway

    Eee PC
    Data cable
    Full coverage
    3.5G icon
    Hutchison 3G network
    1GB prepaid addon

    and I get this craptastic speed. I'm in the middle of nowhere but it shouldnt matter. 7 bars, or whatever is the maximum on an e51. anyone got some hspa speed tests they like to post?
