I would suggest prepay for that.

You'd get that all on O2 prepay for €20 per month (unlimited free texts & 49c per min calls). do check other networks though! Meteor offer free Meteor to Meteor texts and lower call rates.

Yeah, thats fairly light usage. It wouldn't be worthwhile going on a contract in your case. vimes suggestion is probably the best package on the market. The anytime plus plan gives you flat rate of 25c per min at all times, any network. Contrast that to other prepay packages where you can be gouged for about 50cent a minute during peak time.

Cheapest non aft international rates as well - 15 cent per message as oppossed to all other networks who charge 25 cent.

that's anytime xtra. you also get free calls to one meteor number if you top up by €20
