Hi everyone. I am planning on conducting Arnis lessons for absolute beginners to seasoned arnisadors in Waterford. I am a Filipino with seven years of experience in Arnis/Buno. My teaching techniques are traditional which means that there is a maximum of eleven students per class.

    What to expect:

Weapons training with solo baston and doble baston (single stick and pair sticks)
    Defensive knife techniques
    Freestyle strikes
    Dumog/Buno (Filipino Unarmed Combat System)
Full Contact Armoured Sparring (Headgear and padded armour provided)

PM me if anyone is interested. I have already arranged for a gym to hold sessions with a suitable mat for take-downs and throws.

Good luck with it. Weapon training isn't my thing, but I'm sure there's a few around interested. Post this in the Waterford forum too.

    Hi Microcube,

What style of Arnis are you teaching?

Also you may also want to post on this forum http://www.maireland.proboards50.com/index.cgi?board=fma as the have a section dedicated to FMA.

    Best of luck with this!
