Oh my, that is scary:eek: He's a great character actor he so unrecognisable there! A whole film about W and its Oliver Stone, god knows its bound to be contrversial.

It is... He kinda looks like him too, George Bush that is. Josh Brolin is a great actor as you say, I couldn't believe it was him!!! :eek:

Oh yeah it will be totally contraversail, Oliver is great at that!!!

Still it would be interesting to watch.

Laura was never close to being that attractive!

A film about W. Bush? Really like?

Why not a film about Clin-TON (remember how Kang and Kodos pronounced it in the Simpsons, cracks me up...anyway...) Seriously, a film about Clin-TON...he'd be playin that sax all the time, IMAGINE THE SAX SOLOS!!

I hope the film portrays him as a semi retarded texan chimp...so like, accurately

John Brolin is an excellent actor, and this could be a very interesting film. The rest of the cast is impressive too, see here. Although they do seem to be going for more attractive actresses than their real life counter-parts. They're going to have to seriously beat Thandie Newton with the ugly stick in order to look like Condoleezza Rice.

I see what you mean... Ioan Gruffudd is Tony Blair!!! Lol!!! But yeah there is a big difference between Thandie and Condoleezza Rice. Well the more famous the actors are, the more more publicity they get, right???

I like James Cromwell I bet he will be awesome!!!

Anyway I agree Josh Brolin is a excellent actor and yeah it could be an interesting film. I will want to see it anyway.

The question I have now is who's playing Osama Bin Laden??? Lol!!!

That's crazy, it doesn't look anything like Brolin. He is a good actor and could definitely pull this off. Most of the actors seem way too young to be playing the people in question.

My hopes for this film have just gone up. Brolin's a great actor. Thankfully Stone hasn't made the kind of horrendous casting decision that ruined Alexander.

Stones earlier movie Nixon was a great biopic but I do fear this movie is too soon after the fact to really work out well. It seems people here are getting exciting purely because of the resembalance created by the make up people but I think you're all missing the point. It doesn't matter that Brolin looks like Bush or not (Anthony Hopkins really didn't look that much like Nixon) but I just feel until the final chapter on the GWB is written then you really will not get the full story, either biographically (obviously) or in term of dramatic licence and conjecture.
