Is there a minimum road legal height for a car in Ireland?

If you put new shocks in the car how low can you go before it won't passs an NCT?

IIRC there isn't a minimum height - its more about the mechanics of the suspension.
Take a look at the NCT manual for the details within the test.
Bear in mind that if you go too low then ramps will cause damage to the bodywork!
