hi,i had an appeal turned down over a year ago because they claimed i was "not genuinley seeking employment"...or so they said..(in their opinion of course)..despite an obvious lack of any available work in my local area...since then ive been trying to keep my head above water with bits of cash work here n there, whatever i can get...which isnt much...my question is am i entitled to sign on again after my appeal being turned down?i wouldnt qualify for UB as my last prsi payments are quite a while ago and i would have used them up the last time i was signed on....thanks in advance

If you are aplying for Jobseeker's Allowance you will have to satisfy all the normal conditins for payment including beig available for and genuinely seeking work.
