Friend's Photo From South Africa...

Friends photo,

She was travelling South Africa and went on a city ghost tour.

2 photos - the 2nd one is of interest - ignore the orbs - alot of people say they see something - I'll say nothing and let you's have a look first...

Background to location:

Obviously enough its a graveyard...apparently alot of soldiers were slain there in the early century...

Alot of people heard noises and apparent whispering when on the tour - when the photo was taken there was only 3 people in the graveyard all standing next to each other...

some kind of insignia or crest/coat of arms at the bottom right, stretches from the grass to just above the grave?

that or its a smudge on the lens.

the top right, looks like 2 dudes standing beside each other talking, not directly to each other, like one whispering into the other's ear, or could just be light refraction from anything.

the lights in the mid to left, look like a car in the distance, or fireflies.



just answered out of curiousity, i've no idea professionally what the picture is supposed to be showing me, if anything

Is there somebody standing to the right of the photo behind the grave or is it a statue(the first photo).At first I thought it was a woman holding a baby!!

All I see is a murky dark photo of a graveyard. I'm honestly not being cheeky here, I actually don't see anything weird?

Just looks to me like a grainy photo of a dark place with a couple of possible paradolia. Nothing more. On the whispering perhaps the wind tghrough those big trees?

Yeah I ran it through photoshop to see if I could highlight any details, its just a fuzzy mess, I am perplexed as what people think they see in this photo.

In the second photo their appears to be someone standing just behind the grave to the right, roughly in the centre of the grave and facing the camera. You can't, or at least I can't, see the whole person, just their legs and a bit of a waistcoat.

Also just to the right of that their appears to be the face of a very young boy as if they were standing holding hands with the first. Altough looking at it carefully, especially with the photo at full size, it's just an "orb" with some detail in it that appears like a face.

Its...its like we're looking at different photos. I don't see it at all. Could you possibly put a red box around the area in question to satisfy my curiosity?

They're very faint, but once you see them they're easily made out (you'll want to refer back to the original image, I resized these and they loose a lot of the detail)

Feet & legs:

I think these are probably just tricks of light and shadow

Face:

This is just "detail" in an orb which appears facelike.

Ok, well, even if this is a photo of ghosts, the low image quality really limits our ability to conclude anything.

I see what you are seeing stevenmu. But still as for seeing fashes in shadowy blurry photos:

Faces are possibly the most recognizable feature/object (for want of a better word) that humans are familiar with. We see thousands everyday. Our minds are so familiar with the form of the face that it can automatically recognize different arrangements as faces, even though they are not faces. You can see it in the clouds. If you look hard enough you'll find the form of a face. A little experiment to explain it better might be to, if you have a stippled ceiling, focus on any part of it you choose and you will find many different face-like arrangements in the contours and so on.

It's like being able to hear a song so slightly that it is barely audible, but if the individual is familiar with the song, their mind shall fill in the gaps and said person will be able to identify the song.

I hope that makes sense.

The pair of legs you see appears to be the side profile of a headstone. The first image is too dark and it is near impossible to see too far into the distance past the grave on the right foreground.
