What is a decent pt /bb/100 over a long sample in full ring ( multi tabling) I know around 3 is pretty good for six max but i presume it has to less for full ring

Why would you say that?
My take would be that above the following is very good:

20nl: 10ptbb
50nl: 8ptbb
100nl: 6ptbb
200nl: 5ptbb
400nl: 4ptbb

i'm back experimenting with cash and so far I'm running at 8.7bb/100 over a small sample of 5k hands at 50nl.

Intend on playing 20k hands and then moving up to 100Nl, rinse and repeat
