For starters, I believe its banned in Ireland. I used it for about six months in Australia and to be honest did'nt find it beneficial at all, but the two guys I trained with noticed it gave them that extra half rep to a rep. I assume it was because I'm only 24 and both of them were 30/31.. so my body is producing more than enough testosterone right now. Other than that, I only started training seriously 3 years ago, but my mates have been training for years and years and one was a former professional athlete, so maybe their bodies were more conditioned and more responsive to supplements like that. There's my 2cents..

 I was originally used to treat premature ejaculation, they'd just stick me in the room at the appropriate time and I'd put the guy right off.

Yeah it's classed as a medicine so you won't or shouldn't find it in highstreet shops.

I don't think it's great tbh. In theory it sounds good but I didn't notice any real training effect.

Okay study, small sample size though still probably more accurate than lots of studies using animal models.

I've used it a bit in the past and found a great difference between the brands with some giving no effect waht so ever and only one of them giving a proper noticable effect.

Its a load of crap, complete waste of money. If you want to try for yourself, buy some seeds online and grow it out the back, dont pay 25 quid or whatever it costs in supplement sites.
