I've used spreadshirt.ie before and they worked out pretty cheap, I think €14 for one t-shirt and then the more of the same design you buy the cheaper they get. They have lots of t-shirt/clothing options, from very cheap to nicer quality. Their designer software is really user friendly although you can't exit the site unless you've saved the design. I got t-shirts a few times and other custom gear, it always arrived within a week.
