Other Ch's on sky+ box ch's gone

After reading on digital spy it seems sky have wiped all the ch's you would norm have stored in other ch's. the lads have been saying that a mesg appears saying you have to add ch's in system steeings. just checked my other ch's all my pre stored ch's have gone with the mesg that i need to add through system settings.…
