    Hi,

Everytime I start my computer I get the following message:

    Error loading:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\drvcek.dll
The specified module could not be found

I click on OK and the message box dissapears but I don't notice any problems while using the computer.

I've got a Dell Inspiron 9400, Windows XP Professional, service pack 2.

Any ideas on what this is or how I can "fix" it is much appreciated. Thanks

I think that's spyware that has been removed incompletely ( if that's a word). You just need to remove the reference from the startup or run entry in the registry.

Hijack this would do the job, just do a scan and scroll down the ist until you find the culprit, tick it and click 'fix'. The reference will be removed and you won't be pestered any more.
