I am thinking of buying in Drogheda, possibly in Grange Rath. I know people say the prices haven't hit rock bottom as yet, but it seems like a good time to shop around and hopefully strike a bargain. Has anyone bought in Drogheda or in Grange Rath recently ? Any thoughts on this appreciated :)
