What Was That Kids TV Show?!?

    I know this is highly vague, but I have been wondering what the name of a certain kids tv show is. It was shown on the den about 15 years ago when I was about 5 years old. Basically, from what I can remember, the show was about a land of little people (maybe babies) who lived on an island and had magic coral. Also, there was a team of baddies which included a shrill tall thin woman with black hair who was always trying to steal the coral from them (or the sea). I am dying to find out what the tv show was called so that I can look up information on the internet. It's all part of my nostalgia hunt. Any help is greatly apopreciated!
