Considering using eBay to get some old games that aren't made anymore but as I was browsing around I came across auctions such as: this. In case the auction is over when viewing, it's Bioshock for the xbox 360 for €5.38, new. The seller has loads of positive feedback.
This retails on play.com for €40. So is the seller legit? Is the game legit?

That's starting price, not final. Current bid is 99p, plus £4 shipping which is about €6.50. The final selling price may be a lot more than €5.38.

It is most likely one of the three below:

    1) Original from Asia (very different price level due to high piracy)
    2) Part of a garage sale out (standard sale done by a retailer to dump older games to clear space to a merchant who then sells them on cheaply and they wind up on Ebay)
    3) Pirate copies from Asia (of varied quality of the print on the box/CD)

From my own experience it tends to be 1 or 2 though.

Fair enough, it's up to 6.99 now so will see how it finishes. So you do think the software is legitimate?
