I don't care if it's €1 or 1c, I still want it back. I don't want my money going to a big company. Anyway, it is from a 3V voucher and I want to buy a few things.

That money is returned in 10 days.

I use 3v vouchers too and that's happened me several times. Everytime I buy a voucher I have to change the details as in adding a new credit card. They take 1 pound sterling so it adds up. I had €14 or thereabouts, went to buy dvd for around €12.50 to use it up. Then they went and took a pound, was therefore short by 2 cents and refused the dvd and here's the killer you do not get it back:mad:
So if you use them a lot, say 30 times or more it really adds up as well as having to pay 2.50 to convert from one voucher to another and that's not even counting the fiver on top everytime you buy a voucher. It would also be handier if you didn't always have to buy in tens.

sendit.com don't charge to change the details.:)

You sure you don't get it back. I thought they give you £1 discount when you buy a something from them.

Yep, just a verification, pre-authorization thing.

No you don't get it back if using 3v vouchers, it's only returned if you have a credit card.

Wrong! It is returned. Check online 10 days later and it is there again.

Apologies, it is returned. Just don't transfer any funds for 10 days because like me you will be at the loss of it.
