I dunno...this tag tournament sounds like it's going to end up terrible. Tag team partners never seem to get along in TNA and now there's already two teams in this tournament who have fought each other when they found out they'd be partners. If a tag team that doesn't get along wins this, it really makes the more established teams look crap. And why is it that the newly formed teams got to skip a round of the tournament?

I've seen a Terrordome match in AAA, it was kinda crap. I don't understand why they need a bigger cage after having an all-cage PPV last month. Kinda kills the gimmick

The main event isn't going to be as good as last month's one, so it's kinda hard to get excited about it. Is Steiner a face or a heel? If he's a face then he's a crap one, didn't he tap very quickly when Kurt put him in an anklelock?

I don't know what to say about the women's match. That's just ridiculous

I eagerly await the titles being decided in an obstacle course

In regards Steiner, I don't think faces hit people with pipes. Whats wrong with the womens match, its just a battle royal leading to a ladder match.

TNA tend to do multiple men matches quite well so the main event will be quite good. I'd say LAX or Christian and Rhino are going to win the belts, maybe Booker and Roode if they are teamed(which they most likely will be).

It will be interesting to see what they do with Awesome Kong.

Leading to the runner up in the match getting their head shaved. And next week they've got a match where the winner has immunity from getting their head shaved. The big thing about the match is that a girl will have her head shaved. And now they're basically saying "maybe not". The whole thing is stupid

As for Steiner, I just don't know. Last week Matt Morgan (I'm sure he's a face) opened the show with a sneak attack on someone. And there's been faces like Joe and Nash whining about money recently. It's hard for me to tell sometimes

Morgan is a monster tweener with face like tendencies, Nash whines about money, Joe is in there for pride. I don't read spoilers so I didn't know that about next weeks Impact and trust me Steiner is a heel.

I tried to watch some of Impact last night. I barely lasted 15 minutes. There was nothing in it that made me overly interested and AJ was made to look like a total nobody in that skit with Booker. It was a brutal segment.

The Awesome Kong thing intrigues me. I hope it doesn't hurt her in the long term though.

The Awesome Kong thing just hasn't been thought through.

If they have her beat some of the men, then the only way they can legitimately have one of the other women beat her, is to show that they are also capable of beating the men.

    This weakens all the men.

If they have Kong beat a man and then lose to a woman who has been shown in the past to be unable to compete with the men, it makes a mockery of Kong.

The only way this can work is for Kong to be beaten in the first round decisively.

Maybe have one of the women beat her on the next Impact while she's "injured".

I'm not sure what to think about the women's match. It seems to me that they have wasted three good stipulations in one. They could have used either one of those stipulations effectively to great effect rather then lumping them all together. This will be the first ever women's ladder match in a major U.S promotion. That should be big news. The fact that it's sandwiched in between a battle royal and a head shaving greatly detracts from its appeal. They could surely have used the ladder match stip as a big feud ending match involving Gail, Kong, ODB, etc. I have no doubt we'll see a ladder match for the TNA women's title in the future. And when it does happen it won't have nearly the same effect as it'll be a case of " been there, done that". Also, it's beyond lame on TNA's part to have an immunity on a pole match before the event. The booking surrounding this match is so over booked and ludicrous..who could be behind that I wonder?

As for predictions results wise, there's a few possibilities for probably winners, but not so much losers. My personal prediction is that Angelina will lose the match and get her head shaved, which will lead to Velvet turning on her as she's no longer one of the " beautiful people". This will then lead to a feud with Angelina will come out on top, getting her over as a face, and moving onto a title feud with Kong. As for who will win the match..Gail? ODB? Roxxi? It could really be either one. Considering the stipulation, it's more interesting to see who loses this match rather then who wins it.

I feel that they're putting Awesome Kong in there with the guys WAY too soon. It's like they thought " hey Kong isn't doing anything for the PPV so lets rush her in with there with the guys and ruin something that could have been great had we built it up properly " If Kong dominates the guys, it'll look silly having her sell for one of the women in the future. If she gets beaten up by the guys, it'll also hurt her appeal when facing women. It's very risky. They had better play this right and keep Kong's in ring time very limited.

I would have hoped they would have waited until Kong had done a lot more in the women's division before having her face the guys. If this goes wrong and hurts Kong's credibility it could mess the women's division up big time. The women's division is still in relatively early stages, and there's a LOT that Kong can still do with the women. That's all going to be messed up if Kong's participation in this tournament isn't handled correctly. I was wondering how long it would take for TNA's ridiculous booking and lame ideas to spread to the women's division.

Sometimes TNA reminds me of the old Gladiators show than a typical wrestling show in the way some of their gimmick matches are thought up. And even then Gladiators was a very simple show to follow.

It's utterly insane, and this is almost enough to put me off the entire PPV. Seriously disgraceful booking. How can they possibly have the lack of foresight, to overbook this so badly? Considering how well the Knockouts have done for ratings, they could have really raised their stock by properly building one of these gimmicks. But TNA just doesn't understand how to book gimmicks at all.

I haven't seen it brought up anywhere that the man AJ picked to be his partner in the tournament is the same guy who cost AJ the tag titles in the first place. AJ looks so stupid

The worst thing about that for me is, they flick back and forward so much. Do we take him seriously? Is he a clown? Who knows? Your average fan doesnt really give a crap about someone as badly defined as AJ.

The TerrorDome is now the ThunderDome and it will feature the stars of the X-Division.

AJ has spent the past year looking stupid in fairness, since hanging around with the Angles, he just portrays as the dim hick from down south.

But at least it's funny to watch. I'm looking forward to Sacrifice this year to be honest.

    VR!

My mistake about the ThunderDome, it was just a typo on the Sacrifice page at tnawrestling.com.
