Optimum PS3 Blu Ray Settings

    Alright lads,
    I never gave much thought to the settings on the PS3. I normally just stick in a game and that's it. I've been reading I might not be getting the best settings between my TV & PS3 for Blu Ray.

    I've got an LG 37" HD LCD which is 1080p (I think), connected to the PS3 via HDMI.

    Could someone recommend the settings which will help me get the best out of my DVDs & Blu Rays.
