My membership is up in TotalFitness next week and intend going over to checkout Northwood so I'll get back to you on this.

I'll try get over today, but it really depends. I'm laid up with Gout at the moment and trying to rest my foot before going to an MMA event this evening.

But I'm defo interested.

4 > 3

4 people will get a better deal than 3. Why not group together? The worst that'll happen is your each get in for the price of a person in the 3 for 630 deal.

Aye perhaps not.... but at least instead of 2 groups of 2 waiting for a 3rd, all 4 of them will get to join at the discounted price.

Gym is good for weights, they give a free tour of the gym if you are thinking of joining.

Seriously Thommy.
Next month they will have another brand new fantastic but for a limited period only offer.
They just put a deadline on it to put pressure on people to sign up.

All (most big commerical gyms anyway) gyms do this and it's very effective.
