Two Questions

    Hey,

just wondering if someone could tell me how the diet looks.

I'm looking to bulk up a fair bit. Not looking to go huge or anything but would rather an athletic rather than muscular physique.

    Male/182cm/70kg

    Firstly, how's my diet looking:

4*weetabix, semi skimmed milk, whey shake
Meat of some description (usually chicken), basmati rice
chicken or steak of some kind, a few potatoes, vegetables
    Whey shake.

I drink around 2 litres or so of milk a day.

:oYeah I know I should be trying to eat in regular intervals but I'm a bit strapped for time at the moment so I just eat until full when I can during the day. Snacks is usually milk or a whey shake.

Secondly: when doing a squat, how low should you go? I usually lower myself completely down so the backs of my quads are touching my calves but I'm unsure is this the proper way to go about things.

    Thanks.

    Sub porridge for weeatabix.

Add nuts (good fats & protein), fruit, tuna (protein - 2 cans of 135g drained per day) and avocado (good fats).
