UPC DVR recording

Has anyone set anything to record on the DVR in say one weeks time and had the channel schedule change between the record memo being set and the show being shown? Assuming UPC were to update the guide to reflect this change, does the show still get recorded or will it record whatever was on at that time? I'm trying to work…
