Meteor & Email question

I'm on meteor, got a nokia 6300, and want to set it up to check my email. In the messaging section I selected email and set up my email address, it asked me do i want to configure additional settings which i said no to. I doesn't seem to work now, it just keeps loading or hanging. Is there special settings i should input…

You may need to set your phone up to use the Meteor ISP Access Point.

You might also have to contact Meteor to activate it.

As for the advanced settings they depend on who your email is with. Who is your email with?

If that's too much effort: Its not possible on a free hotmail account.
