Where is the business centre? Will there be signs etc? Is the main even on in the main function room?

Just come to the main Reception in the hotel and they will direct you from there.

The rest of the weekend the Tournaments will be held in the Main Ballroom

Probably about same time as cash tables, around half ten. That will be just after the rebuy period has ended so there will be free tables and interested players.
