The Writers Strike in USA

Pretty much all my favourite shows have been fecked up by the strike this year. I don't actually watch a lot of TV, but House, Lost and Heroes have all suffered to varying degrees from the action.

I'm not blaming the writers so much, they had to do what they had to do, but all of the above named series have had dodgey enough seasons or bits of seasons because of it.

Anyone else think though that because of this, next year/seasons are gonna be extra specially good? What directions could we see been taken with House and the crew?

I doubt they would be any better, just more episodes per season than this season

Well I said in the episode thread I was worried that this season will be shorter and there won't be enough time to develop a proper story from here until the end. I read a few weeks ago that Fox haven't confirmed how many episodes are left, but speculation says not many. Haven't been able to find confirmation since.

i don't know, there must have been a heavy level of pressure to get the episodes out there, maybe that meant that quakity suffered across the board
