I think you need full length pics and more angles for a decent overall idea tbh and leg shots!

    Looking thick though.

REALLY hard to tell from that pic but I would say....

-From the rear, upper back looks nice and thick. Not so much in the most muscular but that could be the way you're posing.

-Lower back looks like it needs works

-Arms a tad unbalanced, more tricep needed

Overall looking really good, and take my casual bodybuilding fan advice for what it's worth (not all that much!)

Yeah I don't know why I can't bring my lower back up. I mean I destroy myself with deadlifts and yet it still looks like I never work it

do you know any other exercises that I could use that specifically target lowerback

Also my triceps have always been a problem, they're actually probably one of my strongest muscles but they just never show... very annoying

Stiff leg deadlifts, hypers holding onto a plate or dumbbell, lots of bent over rows with your back near parallel to the ground... Get creative!! And if all else fails, work deadlifts 3-5x5 and concentrate on just plain getting stronger (that should probably be the first thing you do actually...)

As for tricep's, they're one of my stronger bodyparts (capability and appearance wise). I've always found that lots of close grip benching or heavy partial range lockout work in the racks will help (sets of 3-5), followed up with 20 rep pushdowns or high volume dumbbell extensions.

    Wheels!

Get some shots of the wheels up.

But gotta agree, tri's and it seems from the angle of the photo that your left shoulder is a bit smaller than the right, but as i said it's probably the angle.

Weighted Hypers for the aul lower back, you could try good mornings (I despise these) or pull-throughs too.

But to be 100% accurate i need a picture of you holding a shoe..................

As a matter of interest, do you tend to take a relatively narrow grip on bench work? It's a little hard to see with the arms where they are, but the outer chest might just be a little lacking. Thick as **** in the pecs, though! Well done.

    (Bring on the shoe!)
