Guitar Repair

First for some general advice, a mate decided to sell all of his old guitars and offered me one. I picked an acoustic and he passed it on to me and sold the other three. Now I've the acoustic, it's a brilliant instrument that I'd always fancied but there's a problem.

After about a year of no use unstrung the fretboard has warped slightly from fret 7-5 and is unplayable from 4-1. I think it's only come out in a way that it'll effect the lower strings as once I realised I stopped stringing at B.

I think a bit of sanding should fix it but obviously the frets would need to be removed so I'll need professional help. Anybody able to to estimate how much this would set me back? The guitar itself is probably worthless, it's not a good name and I could probably pick up one as good in the city cheap enough but I really like it.

And in the not so general case:

I'm living in Cork so if you care to suggest a specific case it would be appreciated!

It wouldn't be worth it, a luthier would probably charge €150 - €300 to refret it and sort out the neck.
