Positive first: Good idea, lots of Euro cities have that facility.

But: business waiver agreement? What is that!

Its insurance you want – to insure the assets you have 'borrowed' and ‘possibly’ hefty load of Public Liability

The ‘ ‘ are for emphasis only - they mean - don't leave home without.
