In charges filed today, police wrote that the suspect threatened to beat the victim up after their beer supply was depleted Feb. 10 at 210 S. Rio Grande, which is the address of a homeless shelter. A third person gave a knife to the suspect, who stabbed the victim in the chest, police wrote. The suspect, 34, later admitted to the stabbing, investigators wrote. Yes, clearly the man who failed to provide beer is at fault. what was he thinking?

    In all fairness, I think the defendant let the culprit off lightly, tbh.

    In the stabbee's defence, why didn't the stabber provide any beer. It's not like he was a guest in yer man's home.

    Both at fault, both should be stabbed. Fair is fair after all.

    For all who would be so foolish as to run out of booze, yes!

    There are some crimes which can never be forgiven;

    - Moisturising
    - Watching Sex and the Shitty
    - Running out of booze
    - Trying to justify any of the above

    Can we add eating salad to that?

    Mine's a micra :o

    It's not by choice, I give my solemn oath - first v. cheap car I bought, not upgrading as I'm skipping the country in a year or so. So I suppose they can all go on the list.

    well as you say "first v. cheap" and "skipping the country" it is not punishable by death! :D As you show intent on not keeping it and one can assume you don't have an "I <3 my micra" sticker, it is okay, just...... :p

    Thanks Don. I promise to buy some form of pick-up(or monster *crosses fingers*) truck when I get where I'm going. Since where I'm going won't necessarily be 100% urban, I won't be one of those folks with an off-road car used solely for onroad purposes.
