E4 (Ireland) displaying wrong time

This is a weird one - but if you tune to E4 the time on the display banner jumps back 7 minutes! Only spotted it yesterday, but it's happening on multiple receivers.

Its been like that for about the last 5 or 6 weeks, happened before a few years ago. doesn't seem to effect recordings though.
