    I have the W810i and I'm having major problems with it. This is my second one. The first developed problems with the screen where it would go completely white and you couldn't see anything and now the second is having similar problems along with trouble with the battery cover. I'm rightly fed up with it and can guarantee I wont be buying a Sony Ericsson again.

    With regard to your refund I dont know how successful you will be but sure its worth a shot
