Spurious Bros fuel pumps any good?

I was on to spares to-day looking for a fuel pump for a bros, they can get a new spurious fuel pump for e110 as opposed to 300 for a genuine one from Honda. Anyone use these? these cant be any worse that the genuine ones that keep on falling apart. I heard you can run these bikes on gravity feed, anyone try it?
