Has anyone tried Vibraplates in Chartbusters? It a type of vibration training system. 10 mins on is meant to be equal to an hour in the gym! Hard to believe but a girl I know has been doing it for a week and has lost 6lbs! are these type of machines bad for you???

Is it possible that the girl changed her eating habits in that week?? Maybe started eating less or better then before??

Well it is true, all builders who use a jackhammer tend to be size sixes. :pac::pac:

If only this was true, I’d be ripped from going around on my motorbike. :pac:

    Sadly, I’m far from that

Would it be possible that your friend weighed herself under different circumstances.. as in dressed in the evening after dinner on one scales compared to naked first thing in the morning on a different scales?

Remember when Chartbusters used to rent videos? :D

6lbs is alot of weight to drop in a week by any kind of exercise. I'd have to guess diet changes and loss of fluids as the main bulk of that weight-loss too. May as well try it out for yourself and see what happens if it's not too expensive - I doubt if it's dangerous given that people do use jackhammers and so on, though I am merely an internet guy so take that for what it's worth.

In my experience, these things are never as good as you hoped/or at all & don't compare to hard exercise and good diet.
