    Are you a body builder, and if so, what level are you at ?

    It's just if you're not training at a very high level, you should first look at areas of training and diet where you could still make significant gains before going down that route.

    I'll be honest - I don't know anything about the supplement, but it sounds a bit like a steriod, in which case, It wouldn't be for me.

    Oh sh!t... they've figured it out;

    "According to recent scientific research from Memphis University, C9-T11 literally
    synthesizes lean muscle tissue from your fat deposits."

    There are no short cuts - even taking steroids requires a tremendous amount of work to see significant gains.

    I think if you were an experienced bodybuilder, you would know all about what works and what doesn't by now, so I'll assume you are a recreational gym goer. And it that case, I would recommend training harder and improving your diet and staying away from 'ripped in 30 days' products.

    The claims are bull****.

    Looked at it there. All it is is linoleic acid. Basicly its omega 6. Nothing you cant get in a health supplement shop ie. evening primrose oil.
