Its Not What You Know

So a new quiz show started tonight on Challenge. 15 questions are given to 5 celebrities before the show, and the 2 contestants need to guess if the celebrities knew the answers to the questions or not. If they get one question wrong, they lose all their money, but keep going on to answer the other questions (and the money starts again from 0).

Not a bad format for a show, at least its a new format (and since questions were asked off-camera, you don't have to put up with the celebs gurning and telling crap jokes)

Instead you have to put up with Chris Tarrant gurning and telling crap jokes.

    Anyone else catch it?

Caught some of this last night waiting for a rerun of Millionaire...didn't think much of it at all, and I like a good quiz. Too much focus away from the questions. I'll give it another chance but initial reaction was meh...

Couldn't bear it tbh... only gave it about 15 minutes of the first episode and then had to turn over something else... I just can't stand those shows where they drag it out so so much by repeating so many lines and phrases; I know they all do it otherwise the shows would only take up 15 mins of airtime, but some, like IKWYK, do it excessively. I used to like Deal or no deal, but Noel Edmonds has finally gotten under my skin, so I don't watch it anymore.

S'funny you mention deal or no deal...I thought Tarrant was kind of channelling Edmonds at one stage last night...maybe I'm just too used to seeing him in more formal settings on WWTBAM...
