Dell Inspiron 1300 Power Unit

    Hi,

I appear to have broken my power unit/chord for my Dell 1300 Inspiron Laptop. Can anyone reccommend the cheapest/easiest way to replace it? It works on half volts or somesuch so I cant use a universal adaptor.

Do Dell sell direct (no sign of one on their website) or would anyone stock them in Dublin?

    Any help greatly appreciated etc.

Ebay, seach for inspiron 1300 charger / adapter , should pick one up for €30-40 easily enough.

Will there be any issues with wattage and all that buying from the States?

Shouldn't be an issue, most laptop chargers are dual 100-240v so I think you'll be pretty safe but just read the whole ebay auction page to be safe as it should state the voltage and wattage.
