Hi,

I've been having problems with my iPod classic (won't go into the details). I sent it back to Apple but they won't fix it because the recon I damaged it myself. I'm trying to give fixing it a go myself but I can't get the damn thing open! I've even bought special tools to do it and i've given it to other people to try, but with no luck. I'm starting to think Apple have glued it back together. Do Apple do this? Anyone else have problems getting it open?
