Monday 12th May @ 8pm - 11pm, Cassidy's Westmoreland Street, Dublin City (Link to Map)

The first Official Non Drinking Event of the year!

Come along to a great night out in one of Dublin's coolest new venues...very central location beside the Nitelink bus service!

As always, this event is open to both drinkers & non-drinkers who want to have a fun non-drinking night out!

20 euro per table (3-4 people) which includes some yummy snacks

10 rounds of quirky quiz questions to suit all brain sizes. Lots of non-alcohol drinks, nibbles, tea & coffee will be available.

Quiz & Raffle prizes to be won including $$$Cash$$$, DVDs, Cinema Stuff & a rocketship Lava Lamp! So come along & bring your buddies!!! Any queries or questions, just contact us

We want to start the quiz at 8pm so that people will be able to get the last bus / train home.

Please be there on time...don't expect the quiz to start late because it won't! :eek:

There's no need to worry about making up teams. Dunno if it'll be teams of three or four so don't make any plans yet. It depends how many people show up.

yeah... I only thought of the anouncement thing last nigh and stuck it up on all the forums I mod. For future reference it is worth dropping a PM to Vexorg to get a site wide anouncement done up.

It was a great night anyway with a good turn out.

Really enjoyed last night Great turnout too - placed was packed. Was lovely meeting everyone, though I've no idea who was who on the boards (apart from a few) :pac:

That was a deadly night! Thanks to everyone who came along - I hope yiz had fun! also a big thanks to Monkeyfudge who donated about a million monkey teddies for the raffle. And the reason he won 2 of them back was cos he bought loadsa tickets hehe.

I'm deffo going to organise a few other events over the summer before I go travelling in September (3 months of world-seeing madness). I know there are a few ideas for non drinking events out there, so if you're thinking of organising something yourself, don't be afraid to start a thread!

Great night BTW, thanks for organizing it.
As the only official non drinker at our table I would like to give some credit to Monkeyfudge for staying off the juice for the night, it was difficult for him.
