ASDA do not deliver outside UK as i found out when i proceeded to checkout.

Yes it is free, they are the same as the Hut.com but they charge £1 while ASDA are free and each item is normally sent separately

Are any of these HD-DVDs combo DVDs (ie with the film in standard DVD on the other side?). I don't have a HD-DVD player, but if the are combo disks it'd be worth it for the DVD side alone.

Have just got Email from ASDA saying they do not deliver outside UK,it is also in their FAQ.I registered with them ,allows registration from around world which is funny considering they only deliver to UK.When i went to checkout it only allowed you to put in UK address.Where am i going wrong.Checked Amazon.co.uk they are selling a good selection HDDVD's for £5 plus 39p per item postage and £1.90 handling(not per item).Seems fair.

They dont deliver anything outside the UK,it was the HDDVD's i was after.ASDA have reconfirmed this even though they allow worldwide delivery addresses in account options.I asked them about this and they said they would refer it to their technical team.Ended up getting them from Amazon at roughly same price.

This is kinda mad, i have never had any problems and don't use any NI postcodes or anything. I will make an order and see if i have any problems and let you know

Sadly, this now seems to be the case.

I have bought several DVDs from them over the last 18 months or so - the latest only a few weeks ago. However they are now looking for a UK address when I go to checkout :mad:.

HD DVDs are cheaper on Play now anyway.

yes does seem to be the case now, you can only select UK from the address menu now, even having a IRE one already stored. I still put in an order and gonna see what happens

Get them from The Hut or Play. The Hut are £1 cheaper than Asda but delivery to Ireland is £1.
