what to wear for casual dress for interview

I am male and have an interview coming up that requires me to dress casual. im thinking of wearing a black trousers with a light coloured shirt. what jacket would be appropriate. would a brown leather jacket be suitable?

all help is appreciated as im not the most style conscious

Do you have a V neck jumper or something similar?

I don't think what you described sounds bad at all though.
Just don't take casual to mean trackies and runners!

I agree with Pythia, chinos and an open necked shirt are a great casual look, but not too casual. Instead of a jacket, why don't you wear a v neck jumper over the shirt. I think that always looks well on guys, very smart.

Thanks Ash, im out shopping at the moment but im struggling to find anything. Losing patience rapidly. Was just checking in here to see if there were any more suggestions

leather jackets are a bit odd.

i don't mean that in a bad way but what do you mean by leather jacket as there are 1000's of styles.
