Knockmaroon Hill closed, now Upper Glen Road

As if it wasn't bad enough having Knockmaroom Hill closed, it now appears that Upper Glen Road Road (Furry Glen) in the park is to be closed for a fortnight due to works. Surely this can wait until Knockmaroon works are complete? As I work in Parkwest, I cannot even get onto the M50 Northbound at the moment at the Red Cow so 3 of my potential routes home to Clonsilla are going to be blocked.
It's a flamin' joke.

Which one is Upper Glen Road? Is that the one currently serving as a detour around Knockmaroon Hill? I'm snookered myself if this is now closed and will have to use the bloody M50 or Lucan.

It looks like we will soon all be forced onto the N4 whether we want to go on it or not. Twenty five minutes this week from the Leixlip junction to the Newcastle Road lights. Imagine a planner working from computer models of traffic stamping on a driver looking for quiet routes forever. :mad:

when is it set to close? I used it today coming home as normal. No signs up for its closure.
