original xbox games on 360

    is it up to 100% compatability yet? do you need a live a/c to update the backwards compatibility? can i comfortably sell my original xbox?

    Nope, not 100% and never will be, but a lot of games are covered:

    To get the backwards compatibility you can get the update over Live, so if your 360 is connected to your network/internet then you're sorted. If not, you can just download the update from Xbox.com and burn it to a CD-R. Pop that in your 360 and it'll run the update from that. You do need the harddrive though, for backwards compatibility support.

    cheers koneko, ill have a look at that list now. i dont have BB so no Live for me. i was intending on an arcade pack until a few people here warned of the harddrive install like the upcoming one for GTA4. any ideas why itll never be 100%?

    ah, not cool, really want to get crazy taxi 3 soon but it aint on 360. better keep one of my xboxs.
