I'm new to Dublin but I was wondering wheher there is any place in Dublin that does public circuit training. I work in town but I live in Inchicore so, anywhere in either of these two areas would be ideal.

Is THIS the kind of training your looking for?.

If its 'Yes', I can highly recommend these lads.

I served with Sean Cahill in the Defence Forces, he's the genuine articule.

My recommendation: Jog down to memorial park, which isn't far away from you. Then do a couple of laps of the park to warm up. Its tough enough as one side is uphill and the other downhill. Then you could alternate between stair sprints (very challenging), burpees, lunges, elevated press ups on the benches, step ups on the benches, jumping jacks, tuck jumps, even some bounding if you are up to it, or any other circuit type exercises of your choice. I do such a session in this place frequently and boy do you feel it afterwards. When constructing your own programme, be imaginative and use your environment. Best of luck with it.

A lot of our workouts could be considered circuits. Feel free to pop out to us for a week's trial. www.crossfit.ie

    Hello Again,
Thanks for those links, I might check them out. I've went running down in that park a number of times, I use to do cross country running when I was in school, so I have a few ideas regarding interval training and such. What I'm really looking for is some classes that have a mix of strength and endurance work.
